The company COLCHÓN DUPEN, SA has participated carrying out the project "Digital Transformation of business management: implementation of ERP." with file number IMDIGA/2022/406.
The main objectives and results achieved are:
Implementation of an ERP; Microsoft Dynamics 365. With this tool, the company has a business resource planning system that allows it to optimize by improving internal and external logistics and work towards the integration of the horizontal and vertical value chain of processes in the company. The solution is used to support the current DUPEN reality and serves as a transition to the company's future model (productive/sales). Thanks to the implementation of the ERP, processes are being redefined and new ways of working are being formulated in situations of the changing operational environment that are required.
